Stylevana review: Terrible service!!!

Very disappointing experience.

An order was created on the website, I received an order number and delivery reference, but Stylevana never informed me that the payment had not gone through and that the order would not be shipped.

No email, no notification, no warning at all. I was waiting for a parcel that was never going to be sent and spent a lot of time trying to track a non-existent order.

Because of this poor communication, I had to place a new order later, when prices were already higher.

This is extremely unprofessional customer service. I have lost time, money, and trust. I will not order from Stylevana again.
