We needed a few roof soffit panels replaced on our home that blew out from a storm. Storm Guard of East Charlotte quickly responded to our need by a phone call and was extremely kind and patient on the phone. He was very willing to talk through what we needed and asked clarifying questions. After talking through the need, he was able to set up a time quickly for us, and his arrival was punctual. He also provided a text message to give us a heads up of when he would arrive. I would 10/10 recommend Storm Guard of East Charlotte and this company. Phenomenal service and overall showed such kindness.

I was extremely pleased with my new roof installation and painting of inside ceiling. My roof had a lot of hail damage and several leaks to the inside home ceiling. Since so much was going on I went ahead and hired the crew to add a new roof to my guest house and repair and paint bathroom and garage ceilings. The roofing and painting crew went to work without delay. They made this huge project go seamlessly and clean up was great. Storm Guard Roofing and Construction of East Charlotte was trustworthy and respected my wishes without question. I am very pleased with outcome of this project.

In March 2022, I had a fire outside of my house caused by a smoker. The wood chips flew out of the smoker on a windy day and lit the grass on fire. The fire melted the vinyl siding on three sides of my house. Fortunately, John Doe and his team were doing work in my neighborhood and the neighbor suggested that they should knock at my door and ask if I needed help. John Doe is extremely conscientious and answers all of your questions and the phone, when you call. He and his team replaced all of the vinyl siding on my house and did a beautiful job. When the work was completed, I noticed that some screens had been torn. John Doe came over immediately and found more damaged screens than I had seen. He removed the screens and had them rescreened and returned to me in three days. John Doe also worked with my insurance company. I highly recommend John Doe and his company, Storm Guard.

I cannot say enough good things about this family owned business. Stormguard is so organized, are consistently timely, are excellent at follow-up even AFTER they have received payment, which has often not been my experience with other business. Excellent product, professionalism, attention to detail, customer service. If you need a new roof, like we did due to weather damage, you should run to Stormguard. The owners and representatives are good people, and they will also run interference with your homeowners insurance if applicable making the whole process easy and seamless.Lastly, when they learned my little heathen grandkids ( who like to run outside without putting their shoes on) were coming to visit, the team at Stormguard was so concerned and conscientious, that he ran the roof nail pick-up thing over my entire yard probably a thousand times to ensure no nails were left behind that could potentially harm my grandchildren. This company is great in many, many ways!
