Ring, necklace and emerald set, with 2 year replacement guarantee
Shipped to my address given above without any authorization or action by me. Bill of $353.40 charged to my master card which stauer retained without my knowledge or permission from a previous and final purchase in 2009. Called their customer service and told that wait time was ten minutes; after 28 minutes on hold I decided to use email.
