So, I was pretty upset when I found out that Stash, the investment app I use, sold my shares without asking me. It all started when TRCH merged with MMATF and they issued a new preferred share called MMTLP. I had some shares in TRCH, so I was automatically given some MMTLP shares. But then, without my permission, Stash sold my MMTLP shares and only gave me a small amount of money in return.

I received an email conformation of the closure my account balance reflects zero and when i contacted customer service they stated 7 to 12 days i asked why the difference from the writen days to her quoted days and all she did was repeat the 7 to 12 over and over.
