I placed an order for $260 and received confirmation via email. Three days later, I decided to give them a call just to make sure they had shipped my stuff. Unfortunately, they informed me that my payment was still pending on Sezzle. They told me I had to wait until my payment was approved, but the strange thing is that my bank statement showed that Ssephotovideo had already charged me. Confused and frustrated, I called them again the next day and finally got through to someone. They assured me that my order would be shipped that day.
On the fourth day, I decided to email them to double-check if my order had been shipped. To my disappointment, they once again informed me that my payment was still pending on Sezzle.
