I filed a claim on my sectional within 48 hours of the incident. After a couple of days I received an email stating to send more information in which I did. The reply was I did not file my claim quick enough and that my claim was being closed and I could not refile under that problem again. NO where in our conversations did he say I had a certain amount of HOURS for my claim. The back and forth emails we sent each other was within a week timeframe but he never once said I was to get back within hours when he took a couple of days to reply to my first message. What a horrible way to do business, not informing the customer what the time limit in hours was in which they need to reply so they can use this to throw out your claim saying you didn't file soon enouth. 48 hours was waiting too long to report it? And it was over the weekend. Do not use this company, they are unethical and deceitful.
Recommendation: NEVER use this service as they are deceitful!
