SquareTrade review: Poor customer service

I have a 3d printer that ebay sold me with the squaretrade warranty. The x axis motor failed on the printer after about 150 hours of use. The manufacture refused to replace it the printer directly and recommended the extended warranty service. Squaretrade requested that i take the it in to a local repair shop which would be great if it was a computer or tablet or something you ubreakifix or any local place could fix. it isn't. The next closest location that google could find is 2 states away. That is local. Now i am a loop with them and waiting 24-48 for their claims team to review the claim
