SquareTrade review: Office chair

Purchased an office chair through Amazon and took a I believe it was three year insurance claim through Allstate protection plans (They are serviced by a company called Square Trade). The first time I tempted to file a claim they said the time between the breaking and the chair and me filing was too long. The second time the entire back portion of the chair came separated from the chair. I took a picture of the broken back and threw out the big piece of broken furniture. When I try to file a claim, they said I would need to provide a picture of both the back and the frame why I don’t know. Would love to initiate a lawsuit.
