My computer had stopped keeping the correct time and stopped turning on. I filed a claim and sent the computer to be repaired. It was returned without the charging cable and still not keeping correct time. It seems the box was opened and the cord taken out and no repair. I complained and was told that I need to purchase another cord and send proof of the purchase. I have sent the computer back for the needed repairs. I let them know the CMOS battery needed to be changed. Customer service said they could not address that problem.
Recommendation: Not recommended.
