SquareTrade review: Delayed process and payment not received

I started my claim in Oct of 2025.
It’s Mid April and I’ve been waiting on my refund check for almost 3 weeks now. Even though they say will be received in 6 days, I even called the 5th day to make sure they had all the info correct. They did but said if it isn’t revived tomorrow call and they will figure out something. It did not come the 6th day, so they sent out another check. [censored]!
That’s not even the worst, I’ve been dealing with this claim for 7 months. They didn’t come up with the resolution to do a ‘refund’ till 2 months ago.
The worst company ever and I hope they go under.
