Please also be advised that if this matter is not resolved promptly, I intend to file a formal complaint with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs / Office of Consumer Protection regarding the repeated failed repairs, warranty handling, and refusal to provide a reasonable final resolution.
The washer has already undergone three major repair attempts and has failed again. At this point, the continued failure of the appliance shows that the product has not been restored to reliable working condition. I am requesting reimbursement or full replacement instead of another temporary repair attempt.
