SquareTrade review: 5 year warranty scam

I purchased 2 bunkbeds 2022. my daughters bunkbed screws fell out at the ladder andyhe bar cut her leg while getting in bed. My boys bunkbed was shaking like a stripper. Wait that was the second I recieved because the 1st bed came broken. I mean a whole pole. I contact square trade after I remembered I got warranty and because I didnt file the claim with in 30 days of this happening they denied my claim. I feel like they avoiding paying our the refund. I assume they scan thousands of people. Don't pay the extended warranty its a scam. For some odd reason I cant upload pictures its in the formatting listed below.
