Spotloan review: Spotloan loan - prevention of early payoff

I took out a loan with Spotloan on Sunday 8/12. Today (8/16) I have called multiple times this morning to pay off my entire loan, but Monica has acted like she could not hear me each time. She then quickly hangs up the phone even though i am screaming my name. I WANT TO PAY OFF MY ENTIRE LOAN TODAY (8/16)!

I will be getting in contact with a lawyer if this continues. Spotloan is preventing me from paying back my loan early in and prevent interest accrual. This is illegal.

Desired outcome: The ability to pay off my loan today and be treated fairly by Spotloan customer service
