I'm an independent songwriter. I trusted Jumpstrio music with my 10 songs, in which I'm the songwriter of my own songs, I write my own song lyrics. I had my songs Copyrighted last year 2025 through the U.S. Library of Congress Copyright Registration. I filled out the copyright year of my songs showing 2025 on the fill out song release form on Jumpstrio website, and on my profile song releases section. Jumpstrio was controlling the Copyright year of my songs keeping the copyright year at 2026, and I explained it to Jumpstrio that my songs were Copyrighted in 2025. When Jumpstrio released my songs on Spotify, my songs showed ©️ 2026 and p 2026. I noticed the red flags what Jumpstrio music had done, and I told them to allow me to remove my songs from the song releases list on my profile and I asked Jumpstrio not to release no more of my songs on Spotify, they released another song of mine without my permission. I filed a refrigement claim through Spotify and I sent Spotify the proof that my songs were Copyrighted in 2025, then Spotify sent me an email trying to make it seem as if I'm stealing my own songs, when I honestly sent them proof of what the Copyright Office sent to my email, showing my list of songs. And Spotify still has the audacity to ask me to prove how Jumpstrio music infringe my own songs. It's simple, Jumpstrio has no rights to my songs when I'm the owner of my Copyrighted songs! If Jumpstrio had nothing to hide, then why would they close my Jumpstrio account without my permission, and they did not allow me to remove my songs? I'm not letting no frauds get by with stealing my songs that I wrote! All I'm asking is for Spotify to remove my songs from their music website platform.
Desired outcome: Remove my songs from Spotify. You Go Left And I Go Right, Love Growth, and Cornered In.
