I am reaching out to all three (3) of you, as I found your email addresses on your website.
I am a Board Member of a youth and adult sports organization, and I need to let you all know that as of right now, my level of frustration with your company is at an all time high.
I signed my organization up with Sportsengine in January of this year and it has been less than a good experience to say the least.
Thus far, no one in my organization, including myself as program administrator, can access Safesport via your site. I have dealt with no less than 4 people from your organization and have received Zero results to date. The main source of frustration is that I cannot get anyone to return a phone call. EVERYTHING is fill out a form or via email and I can show proof that from the time I send an email, until the time I receive a response has been anywhere from 3 days to 12 days. Totally unacceptable. I am a retired Director of a Multi-Million dollar worldwide corporation, and I can say with 100% certainty, that if any of my staff would treat any of our customers with the lack of urgency that I have been treated with, they would no longer be working for me. I am trying to be patient, but when I paid the money up front that I did only to be no farther along in the process 3 1/2 months later than we were when we started and seeming no help to resolve the issue in between, I'm sure that you can see my frustration. So far, I have paid good money for ZERO results. I have approximately 65 people that need to get certified, and thus far I have none as your site is unable to accommodate our needs.
The latest case with your company has been closed and it has been elevated to upper support. I have learned over my tenure in corporate America, that when a case gets closed, that is how it gets lost because no one is reminded to see if there has been a resolve, Your representative assured me that the issue was on the end of Safesport, so I spent 2 days with their upper end support team and I and several people from my organization can log on directly to Safesport and navigate anywhere we need to, so they assured me (and I agree) that the connectivity issue is on your end. I just want to be able to have my people create an account with Sportsenging and get Safesport certified and have their background checked. I was assured by your sales representative that it was, and I quote, "a piece of cake". Well to date it has been anything but.
Please advise.
