They LOVE their BOT answers, but problems do not fit in a one-size fits all category. Ever since USAV volleyball went to this platform and we have to purchase our memberships through the OVR region using this platform... there has been issues every single year. And no one is every accountable for answering and assisting. Only someone at the OVR helps as best as he can. I cannot believe they keep growing with such poor customer service in this day and age. Just awful.

SportsEngine makes it imposible to get off of their marketing list, wich they sell to irreputable outlets.

SportsEngine aint supportin' their email communication preferences, and they keep emailin' me with marketin' messages even after I done unsubscribed from all communications multiple times.

I cancelled our website with this company in December. They have continued to bill and charge our youth sports program, which is funded by our parents. I have left numerous voice messages and emails, but they haven't responded.

I had to get trained by Babe Ruth Baseball for my local baseball park's rules. Now, I'm getting unwanted emails from Sportsengine Inc in Minneapolis. It's too much! They need to stop this.

This ain't no complaint 'bout no transaction. It's 'bout them spammin' practices. Their app makes it impossible to unsubscribe from them dang notifications, even after ya done unregistered from a team and turned off all them notifications. I keep gettin' reminders 'bout events from organizations that SportsEngine's own staff done removed me from, and it's gettin' real close to bein' spam. They can't seem to figure out how to stop them dang notifications (even after talkin' to customer service a bunch of times), and their reps try to convince ya that it's easier to not reset your account completely in case ya wanna "use it again sometime." The back and forth in the chat is mighty frustratin' 'cause them reps just stop chattin' with ya once they reckon they done with the issues, even if ya still got questions. Their app keeps spammin' nonstop.

I keep getting emails from SportsEngine [SE], 807 Broadway Street, Suite 300, Minneapolis, MN 55413. They keep sending them to me without me asking for them. I tried to stop getting them, but they say I need an account with SportsEngine to do that. I don't have an account. I told them I don't want their emails and asked them to delete my email from their list. I can't call SportsEngine because you need an account or be part of a team. I'm old and haven't been on a team since high school, which was over 45 years ago. Like I said, I don't have an account. I want them to permanently remove my email from their list so they stop bothering me. SportsEngine hasn't tried to fix the problem and they're breaking the CAN-SPAM Act: https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/can-spam-act-compliance-guide-business. Thanks.

I ain't had no luck gettin' any action 'bout the problems I've been havin' with their league management software. We've been tryin' to update our financial info after switchin' banks. It's a big deal 'cause the software lets us get payments and registrations from players. But 'cause we ain't updated our new bank, we can't get no payments. And that's a big ol' problem for our business. I asked 'em to make these changes back in Sept. 2020. But as of 12/22, they still ain't done it. We had to find other ways to collect fees 'cause of this mess. They gave us some excuse 'bout switchin' from Paypal to Stripe as their processin' service. But even after waitin' and gettin' nothin' fixed, we asked 'em to cancel our subscription and switched to a different software. Now we're havin' trouble gettin' our subscription canceled. Their online help system is a nightmare, and ain't nobody there knows how to do anythin'...they just keep sayin' they'll pass it on to someone else in the system.
