I purchased a cell phone case from these guys. They sent me a 100% different product, not the case I ordered or even for the same phone. So I can't even use it. I call the company to get the right case. Even offering to send back the incorrect shipment. Their customer service reps have no idea how to correct my order so made me submit pictures for a warranty claim. A WARRANTY CLAIM? I already waited a week to get the wrong product now I wait to find out if they will accept my warrant? The guy said he couldn't just order me a new case and resend it because I wouldn't get the 40% discount I had received when I paid for it. I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR! I ordered the *** Galaxy note20 Ultra Presidio2 Grip- Coast. What I received is the Presidio Perfect Mist for a *** Galaxy S21. My order #***.

I PURCHASED I COVER FOR MY I PHONE 10 MAX WHICH BROKE AFTER FEW MONTHS AGO THE COMPANY REPLACED IT AFTER I SEND THEM A PICTURE. however I AM HAVING A BIGGER ISSUE WITH THE COVER WHICH IT DINT PROTECT MY PHONE FROM A FALL. i REALIZED YESTERDAY THAT MY PHONE WAS COMPLETELY CRACKED IN THE BACK WHICH MADE ME VERY SAD KNOWING THAT MY PHONE WAS ALWAYS COVERED BY THE SPECK COVER AND I NEVER AND EVER TOOK MY PHONE FROM THE COVER. i CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY SAID THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU AND THIS IS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH OUR PRODUCT. OF COURSE THE COMPANY IS GOING TO PROTECT THEIR PRODUCTS AND NOT ADMIT THAT THEIR PRODUCT DINT PROTECT MY PHONE IF I EVER DROPPED IT. MY ASK FRO THE COMPANY IS TO EXPLAIN TO ME HOW DID MY PHONE GET DAMAGED SO BADLY AND COMPLETELY CRACKED WITH THEIR COVER ON AND ARE THEY GOING TO TAKE AN ACTION AND HELP ME FIX MY PHONE IF THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I AM EXCEPTING A RESOLUTION FROM THE COMPANY TO FIX MY PHONE AND BY THE WAY I OWNED APPLE PHONE FOR YEARS AND USED OTHER COVERS AND NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE AND I DROPPED MY PHONE FEW TIMES AND I EVEN TRADED MY PHONE WITH NOT EVEN 1 SCRATCH ON IT BECAUSE I ALWAYS TOOK CARE OF IT AND ALWAYS THE COVERS HELPED A LOT.

On 28Apr2020 I ordered 2 (two) Presidio Lite LG V60 ThinQ Cases and 2 (two) grab tabs (order # ***) direct from speckproducts.com and paid for all four items with 2-day shipping through PayPal. Fed-ex delivered a package from the seller on 1May2020. The package included only 3 items, 1 case and 2 tabs. I immediately called Speck customer service to inform them of the missing item and spoke to ***. *** stated that their invoice order states 4 items so I need to file a claim with Fed-ex regarding the missing item. I advised that was unacceptable, he stated I could return the items then. If I return the three items they sent, I'd only receive a partial refund. On 4May2020 I followed with an email to ***@speckproducts.com and advised the issue and request of resolution or I would file a dispute with PayPal. No response from Speck. I filed a dispute with PayPal 5May2020 and they sent the complaint to Speck the same day. Still no response from Speck. On 8May2020 i filed a case with PayPal requesting ANY resolution from Speck: 1 (preferred) Speck can send me the one case they still owe me. 2) Speck can refund me what I paid them for the case they never sent and I will buy a case from someone else. 3) Speck can refund my entire 4 item purchase and I will then mail back the 3 items they sent me. This wasn't that big of a deal. The shipping warehouse just made an error and forgot to put one of the two cases in the box to send me. No big deal, errors happen. All they had to do was acknowledge it and send me the $23 case that I paid for. I am shocked that Speck refuses to acknowledge they made a mistake and feels this is now my problem. They got their money from me, so I guess it doesn't matter what happens after that. I will be advising anyone and everyone I can to avoid this company due to their incredibly poor customer service and complete lack of communication.

2 Months ago, I purchased a case for my iPhone 13 pro *** I purchased the case at Best Buy (which sells Speck products). I watched numerous reviews on the product to make sure it not only fit the iPhone 13 pro *** but also had MagSafe compatibility. I did not have a MagSafe charger at the time, but wanted the feature anyway just in case I got the charger in the future.Less than 1 week ago, I purchased a MagSafe charger (fully expecting it would work). The MagSafe charger did not work, it charges the phone but does not have the MagSafe feature of magnetically attaching to the back of the device with the MagSafe compatible case on. I went back and rewatched the same reviews I had initially watched before I purchased the case and there appears to be a magnetic ring in the back of the case which my case does not have. Comparing the box my case came in, it has the same wording as the case in the review MagSafe compatible on the front of the box.I emailed Speck to request a replacement as I was sold a case that did not have a feature they advertise on the box. They claimed it is a different model of case, to which I explained that the box for both models says MagSafe compatable. Apple has trademarks and patents on MagSafe and differentiates it from wireless charging due to its use of magnets to secure the charger to the back of the device. My case does not have this.Speck has been unwilling to do anything for me despite not providing the product that I paid for, A MagSafe compatible case. Their own website does not list MagSafe compatible for the model that I have, and it is remove from their own product listings when checking MagSafe compatible. I was sold a product that uses a blatantly misleading product description, If I would have known that the box did not match the features of the item inside, I would not have bought it and speck is not willing to remedy this, despite their own website confirming that this case is not MagSafe compatible.
