April of 2023 a false complaint was made to SPCA. Craig is a 100% disabled veteran. Craig runs a training and boarding facility. The case was found to be false. The case was closed. To my neighbors knowledge that was the end of it. November 2023 over 6 months later. SPCA does a press release. They raided a facility and arrested the owner for felony dog abuse. The press release on tv asking for donations released my neighbors name Craig Hanna. Craig quickly called the SPCA about this mistake. The following week they arrest Craig Hanna and reopen the case from April and charged him with animal cruelty. They arrested him and left all his animals which he is caretaker for at the house. They arrested him cause they raised over 30k in donation money through the Pr press release. They either had to arrest him or tell the public about the name mix up and return donation money. His charges have been dismissed. The issue is the spca animal cruelty investigators. Courtney Burns Randi Dykes and Jason Taylor. They aren’t doing investigations, Wrongfully arresting people and nobody to complain to about this behavior. I believe their is favoritism within the spca depts and incentives and bonuses for publicizing of donations or stealing peoples animals. Courtney burns was found to have committed perjury in craig case. She also was found to have hidden information about the case bring previously closed. I also uncovered 2 other cases that makes 3 United States veterans who got animal cruelty charges but were found not guilty in the eyes of justice and dismissed. It also lead me to another case where a lady who was friends with Jason Taylor and supposed to be pet sitting turned her over when she left town to Jason Taylor. She was a rescue and Jason Taylor claimed to have seized so many animals off the property but half of those animals other Foster’s brought while spca was their and they said they came from her place. Please be cautious when dealing with these individuals.

Claimed loss: Entire reputation ruined based on donation money for them to gain.

Desired outcome: Just wanted a public apology and the legal fees paid for.
