I had hernia surgery on June 17 2023 @8 and the surgery went great but when they release me I had to use the restroom and noticed the my vagina was burning and bleeding and in pain. So the next following week that I was able to take a picture of it and it was a cut or it look like someone had just ripped something out my vagina. So I went back to the hospital that week of because it's was not healing on it's on or it wouldn't stop hurting or bleeding so they told me the didn't know anything about it and why would it be like that. So the doctor gave me a std test and it comes back negative. And he also gave me bacterial medicine and numbing medicine but it just feels irritated. So I'ma just finish the antibiotics to see if it helps.

I lost my health insurance on [protected]. On 4/4 I had to visit Spartanburg regional emergency room at approximately 11:30 in the evening. I explained in detail to the admittance and insurance people at the hospital, that I had just lost my health insurance, I continued that as I was going to be responsible for the entire bill and that I needed to know as close to possible what the total bill would be. If the total was what I considered to be to high, I was prepared to return home without treatment. as this was not a life threatening condition. The admittance person informed me that someone inside could provide me with that information. I was given a room, and eventually a person came by asking me about my insurance. I gave her the same information that I had recently lost my insurance, and since I was responsible for the entire bill, I needed to know what the total cost for the visit would be or at least as close as possible. She looked at her clip board for several minutes, and then told me the visit would be approximately $333. I asked her, so that is going to be the entire cost? She replied yes that is what we charge. At that point I decided to continue the treatment, as I was in considerable pain. I received a bill a few days later for $333.96, paid it, and thought I was through with this incident. Several days later I received a bill for additional monies in the amount of $3,651.41. I contacted their customer service group immediately. I explained the entire episode, including what I was told about costs. Now their customer service says that their insurance specialist gave me erroneous information, that the $333 was only for the visit, and the additional monies were for other services. I have exhausted any further recourse with them, as I have gone all the way up to customer service supervisor, and emergency room supervisor. The best they have offered is a payment plan for the entire amount. Now, this has been added to my monthly bill. If you do not pay the above amount by 07/01, you will not be eligible for the prompt pay discount and the amount due will be:$4,746.83. I am at my wits end. I have been out of work for 3 months, and am not going to be able to pay this bill, and am not willing to pay a monthly note, for something that was entirely their making and their mistake.
