Spark Solar

Spark Solar is the bomb! The dude who made our solar plan was amazing. He didn't try to pull any tricks like other companies do, and he actually asked us what we wanted in a solar system. He's a top-notch sales rep!

I signed up with Spark Solar on Feb 25th 2021 for a Solar upgrade. They were supposed to install Solar, Radiant Barrier, Hybrid Water Heater, and a new *** unit. But, I didn't get the *** unit as promised. I tried to contact them through phone calls and Emails since Aug 14th 2021, but no response. Finally, I messaged them on *** MAPS on Dec 17th 2021 and they responded. They acknowledged the issue and confirmed that the *** unit was not installed. I have been texting with *** and he says they are working on it, but can't give me any dates. It's been over a year and I want my contract fulfilled with a new *** unit or my money back.

We was told a bunch of stuff that didn't turn out to be true by Spark Solar. They said we wouldn't have to pay for electricity no more with 52 solar panels, but we still got a big bill. They didn't even tell us we could switch electric companies, but they told other people. They said they'd move the panels to our new house for $1200, but now it's $8000 or more. The guy who sold us the panels got fired too. They said we'd get money for telling other people about them, but we didn't. They said we'd pay a certain amount for the panels, but it ended up being almost $20,000 more. Now they want us to use our tax refund to pay it down. It's really annoying.

Spark Solar hooked me up with a new solar thingy this summer. I was gonna say no thanks before, but their price was 20% less than the other guys. I thought I'd have to pay for the panels upfront, but Spark Solar found me a deal with only 2.5% interest. *** at Spark Solar was super helpful and answered all my questions. They even fixed some problems with the installation. Now I'm on an electric plan with solar credits that roll over each month. I think I'll save money in the long run, especially since electricity prices are gonna go up. Spark Solar did a great job and I'm happy to be helping the grid!
