Southall Travel review: A holiday I booked…i’ve been ripped off!!

We booked a holiday to Dubai..saved up for 2 years as we wanted to stay at Jumeirah Beach hotel & use the water park facility.
The agent I booked with is called Avec.
I had a lengthy conversation with him before I booked as I told him we were only paying so much money because of the water park entrance being free.
If not we would book a cheaper hotel.
All was confirmed by Avec but now we find out the water park is closed & southall travel won’t/can’t do anything about it!
No customer service skills at all,this includes the management I spoke to.
We have spent thousands of pounds with you but now you have lost the custom of all my family.
