I ordered a necklace that says "jet" 4 days ago & haven't gotten an email confirming my transaction. It charged my phone but never notified me about anything. I clicked the "track my order" & put in my email but it says an order using that address doesn't exist. I'm worried & I hope this isn't a scam. It made me fill out a survey so I did. It even said the purchase went through & finished completely but it never sent me an email. I DMed the company on Instagram & they said to get with customer service so I hope this can be resolved.

    I just posted a bit ago on their Facebook page and they gave me "[email protected] for their customer service. I had told them I needed confirmation because I wanted to know more than just the money came out of my bank account. Hope this helps!
