We sat in the stall for 30 minutes after the button was pressed before we went to the door to ask what was wrong and they told us they weren't taking orders from stall, only drive through but they neglected to tell us. We were missing all sauces we asked for and the food was put together very poorly, and the manager ignored us when we tried to say what was wrong and nearly dropped our food, all of our shakes were melted, the mozzarella sticks were undercooked and still cold . All in all it was extremely unprofessional and I am very displeased . They didnt even have the courtesy to apologize and this is not the first time I've had issues there . We also called 5 time so we could attempt to get the store number from them and they ignored our calls .

    The bottom of your receipt clearly states what to do. Thirty minutes waiting and you didn’t realize that something was wrong?
