I strongly advise against doing business with these individuals as it appears to be a scam. It's worth noting that any reviews on their own website are outdated, with the most recent ones being over 2 years old. This lack of recent reviews raises suspicions about their credibility and reliability as a company.

But then he comes back and tells me they refunded me for the item. Huh? I had to ask them for the missing item before they even refunded the money. And on top of that, they had the nerve to tell me about some internal issue they had with the vendor not doing drop shipping for customer orders. Like, seriously? That's not my fault, guys! And it's not like they didn't know they hadn't shipped the item. They should've known better!

Let me tell you, it was beyond irritating and inconvenient. I didn't get the parts in time for my planned long weekend ride, and I had already spent over 500 bucks on this order. And don't even get me started on the shipping. Yeah, you gotta pay for that, my friend. No freebies here.

So Mike at Solo Moto offers me a refund, like he's saying, "Here's your money, now go away." But I told him I didn't want a refund. I just wanted the part I ordered. Is that too much to ask? How about admitting your mistake and making it right? How about showing some appreciation for your valuable customer? I paid for an item, waited for over a month for you guys to ship it, and then I didn't even get all the parts. Come on, SoloMotoParts, step up your game!

I've ordered parts from other vendors like ReveZilla, Rocky Mountain, ProCycle, RSW, you name it. And let me tell you, they know how to ship parts on time. They actually stick to the dates they post on their site, send you an email, and even provide a tracking number. No hassle, no wondering about shipping or parts availability. If it's not in stock, they let you know. It's as simple as that. And yeah, I might save a little by getting my parts from different vendors because they have different prices. But with SoloMotoParts, it's like a gamble. Sure, you might save a bit, but be prepared to wait a long time and maybe not even get all the parts you ordered. So, think twice before going with them, my friend.
