Solidarity Healthshare review: Three outstanding unpaid medical bills that have been “processed and are waiting to be shared” since 2023

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Solidarity HealthShare due to their ongoing failure to process and pay the provider for two outstanding medical bills and reimburse me for one outstanding medical bill. All three bills have been pending for over two years. Each time the Solidarity agent has said that all three outstanding bills have been “processed and are waiting to be shared” as it was confirmed again today. The agent has confirmed that all required documentation for reimbursement has been received in accordance with their procedures and all bills are in line for payment. Yet Solidarity has not fulfilled its obligation to pay out the outstanding owed amounts of the three bills ($61.70 + $152.24 + $398.25) totaling $612.19.
