I have been reviewing my Medicare supplemental with Matt C. for years. He reminds me every year about the open season and finds the best plan for me each time and has saved me thousands of dollars.

He is prompt in responding to my calls and has helped people I have referred to him as well.

Kailee has been phenomenal in finding the best prescription plans each year for my husband and me.

The consultant we (wife and I) use at Medicare Solutions is excellent at explaining all the options that Medicare offers. For 2 years they have helped me choose a plan that fits our needs and budget. At one point I was going to change my "part D" coverage but 2 weeks ago my wife needed to go on blood thinners and I'm so happy Medicare Solutions got me in the plan that they did! Thank You!

When my husband was about to turn 65, I knew it would be up to me to figure out his health care needs. Fortunately Medicare Solutions was there to advise me and handle the sign up with ease. When the prescription plan I chose raised their rates, a simple phone call to Medicare Solutions took care of switching to a less expensive plan. I am relieved to know that when I myself turn 65 Medicare Solutions will be there for me again.

I was blessed to have Mathew H. as my agent. He explained everything so I could understand it. He willingly answered any of my questions. I have called him back several times when i would have another question and he was always sweet and put my mind at ease. Everything was so confusing when I turned 65. Matt guided me through a lot of decisions and helped me get the best plans for my money. He is my hero. I am glad I used your company.

I purchased a Medicare Suppliment Plan G through Healthcare Solutions and Legacy Planning Insurance Agency and was assured several times that Silver Sneakers was included in that plan. When I contacted Silver Sneakers to activate my membership, I found out that it was not included. That was the main reason I purchased the plan from Healthcare Solutions and Legacy Planning Insurance Agency. I feel very scammed and taken advantage of. Telemarketers should either know the products they are selling or be held accountable for their promises.

I contact Medicare Solutions every year and have nothing but good to say about this business. This year I spoke with Matt, who is very polite, knowledgable, and helpful. He was happy to go over everything that I had, and point out to me what I need, do not need, and how I can save money. My overall satisfaction and confidence that I made good sound decisions, is why I call and confer with this company annually. People I can trust, with the expertise to get me what I need.

I was scammed by this company. Money was withdrawn from my checking account without my permission. I was told that checking account information was need to apply for a policy, however that no charges would occur until I had the opportunity to review the policy. An unauthorized withdraw has taken place and I cannot contact them by email to get information as to why this occurred. I do not trust them to be truthful about this matter in a verbal communication.

Each and every person review my current health and life style and financial status without taking any personal info until I was satisfied with the results. I even asked for their web info and stated I would like to review some on the internet by myself. They had no problem with that, so I did and 2 days later I am calling them to say Yes, to the soultions and signed up. I chose 3 denefits and super satisfied with the outcome after using them.

He went above and beyond to help me resolve a very challenging and difficult situation. advised me every step of the way, as well as, advocated for me! I am disappointed in Medicare Solutions because they were not completely forthcoming regarding Medicare and did not provide full disclosure. My husband and I were immediately enrolled in a Plan G program by Medicare Solutions, and were quoted the lowest level of monthly Medicare payments. However, they did not disclose that this rate wouldn't apply to us, as we both are still working. We will pay a much higher rate per month, called IRMAA, because of our income. We were not forewarned about this, and didn't find out until well into the application process and were approved for Medicare.

I highly recommend Medicare Solutions. My husband and I have been dealing with them for 4 years now. Anyone who hits the age to go on Medicare understands it is absolutely overwhelming. I am so grateful that I took their call. They helped us understand what the best plan was for us on a supplement and prescription plan. They explained everything in language I could understand. Have been working with Jessica. This year we had a hefty increase in our premium. She was able to find us a new supplement that will save us hundreds of dollars this year. I am so glad to have them to turn to and have recommended them to family and friends.

I called and felt such relief as Brandon carefully and understandably broke down all of the details, went over plans based on my situation, and guided me to the best ones for me.
