I am writing to file a formal complaint against Solidarity HealthShare due to their ongoing failure to process and reimburse a medical bill that has been pending for over two years.
I submitted all required documentation for reimbursement in accordance with their procedures, including medical bills, explanation of benefits, and any additional paperwork requested by Solidarity HealthShare. Despite repeated follow-ups via phone calls and emails, the company has yet to fulfill its obligation or provide a clear timeline for resolution.
Each time I have contacted their member services, I have either received vague assurances that the reimbursement is “in process” or have been asked to resubmit documentation that had already been provided multiple times. This lack of transparency and action has caused significant financial and emotional distress.
The outstanding reimbursement amount is $9,429, related to medical services rendered on 09/10/2023. To date, the delay has lasted over two years, which is unacceptable and unprofessional for an organization entrusted with managing members’ healthcare sharing responsibilities.
I am requesting to assist in resolving this matter by urging Solidarity HealthShare to:
Immediately review and process the long-overdue reimbursement claim;
Provide a written explanation for the extended delay; and
Implement measures to ensure no other member faces similar delays.
