I have been a Solidarity member since 2020. I and/or my providers have not been refunded for 10 deserved expenses in 2024, 1 in 2025 and 1 in 2021. Prior to 2024, I was refunded for small amounts 5 times, in 2020 & 2021. I recently spoke to a Solidarity representative who told me that if I cancel my membership, then refunding my bills will become their last priority, so I’ve decided to write this complaint. It’s been over 1 year & I cannot wait for all my expenses to be refunded. Solidarity assured me I would be paid, but it could take as long as they need to. This lack of time limit means payments will fall through the cracks. This makes me wonder if Solidarity is in trouble and can’t actually honor their commitment to their members.
Another worry is that I have a larger bill (about $2,000.00) for a required hospital visit in November 2024 that was approved by Solidarity, which may go into delinquency and negatively impact my credit score.

Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed for what I deserve to be reimbursed for. I would like my providers to be paid. I would like for my credit not to be hurt because Solidarity hasn't paid their part.
