Solar Works Energy I got solar panels from Synergy Power in August for my home

I got solar panels from Synergy Power in August for my home. They gave me a 25-year warranty for Product, Production and Service. But in August , my solar panels stopped working. I texted the guy who sold me the panels, but he left the company. He told me that Solar Works Energy from New Mexico bought the company and would be taking care of the customers with the warranty. I tried to contact Solar Works many times, but they didn't reply. I paid $36,000 for this system, and now it's not working. I want my system fixed and working again.
