Horrible customer service, I recieved a notice that my car loan was being adjusted. I called SoFi and they stated it was my student loan being adjusted. When I asked whydid it say auto loan? The resolution specialists response was 'I dont know'. I wanted to know. NO further response from her or anyone at SoFI. I have called over 20 times. No reponse. But if you get frustrated they will preach about being disrespected.
Also filed formal complaints. No repsonse
Desired outcome: Contact from executive management. Escalation has been refused. Resolution Specialists claim they are the highest a customer can go

The response I received was from Jennifer Sorrell.
"I am writing regarding a concern that has been escalated to my office. We are actively reviewing and researching this concern. If you would like to discuss your concerns, please contact [protected]."
When I call that number, she has my number blocked. Does not respond to emails.
