Snow Property Services

I red the other 1 and 2-star reviews. I agree with them. Snow Property Services is not good. They don't do what they say they will do. They are always late and they don't communicate well. Don't use them.

Snow Property Services did some drywall repairs for me and I gotta say, they did a pretty good job. We had a verbal agreement about the payment and they stuck to it, which was cool. The repairs were done in a timely manner and the workers were polite. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service I received.

This company is not good at all. Our yard looks terrible, they let our outdoor furniture get ruined and then asked for receipts to fix it. Rick A is always changing his mind and doesn't care about people. If you have to choose between Snow Property Services or paying homeless people to hold signs for your HOA, pick the homeless people.

I never felt like leaving a review for a property management company, but I had to do it today. The way the guy talks to homeowners is just wrong. He seems to have forgotten that he works FOR us. Also, there have been some new rules passed by our HOA board that are not in the meeting minutes. The policies that are sent out to us don't match the documents on our portal. And now we've been told that the fine for not over seeding is $2500 a month! That's crazy! But the fine schedule on the portal says it's only $450 and goes up by $50 a month. We were never told about the $2500 fine, and the meeting minutes haven't been updated since April 2022.

This company is terrible. They made us get parking permits for our neighborhood and when I didn't get one right away, they put a sticker on my car that was really hard to get off. It was like they vandalized my car. When I sold my car, I forgot to take the permit out and they wouldn't give me a new one. The manager never answers her phone and when I went to the office, they magically got her on the phone. She was really mean to me. This company is the worst. The people who work there are mean and not helpful. Don't do business with them. They are really bad.

This company, Snow Property Services, is not recommended at all. Our manager A. R. and the owner D. S. don't answer emails and they don't follow the legal documents that govern our HOA. They don't respect our rights as owners and partners of our HOA to request information and documents related to our community. We changed management companies to improve, but we don't have clear, complete, detailed, and up-to-date information and communication. They can't even make a basic repair and maintenance plan to keep our facilities in good condition. In the first month of their administration, our pool was closed by the Maricopa *** because our SPA didn't have any chlorine residue. Be careful before hiring Snow Property Services. Remember that appearances can deceive you. You have been warned.

I gotta say, my experience with Snow Property Services was not great. I called up to pay off my balance and ask about some late fees that Mary Chaira said she would remove if I paid by March 15th. But when I mentioned that my taxes were delayed due to COVID-19, Mary started yelling at me and saying that COVID-19 wasn't even a thing. I told her that my grandmother had passed away from it, but she didn't seem to care. Honestly, it felt like she was being racist and assuming that I couldn't afford to pay. She was so rude that she didn't even take my payment and had to transfer me to the front desk. I hope Snow Property Services takes action and gets rid of Mary, because her behavior was totally unprofessional. If they don't, I might have to report this to the local news media.
