Every pouch I've purchased has had black, tar like clumps strewn through out that resemble rat poo. Pictured is one of the biggest clumps I've come across. If the price of smokes goes up, then so should the quality and that's surely not the case here. Parker and Simpson are coming off as a greedy profit hungry company that doesn't care about it's customers, customers who they would be nothing with out.

Parker and Simpson - rolly tobacco
I purchase $300 worth of Parker and Simpson cigarettes and tobacco each week from Coles. I like the product but there appears to be a flaw in manufacturing the product. The rolly tobacco is increasingly being packaged unprocessed and full leaves or stem appears in the product that is unusable. With the cost going up and up this is unacceptable. Please rectify or improve Quality management.
