Hello, we have cancelled this account and we still got charged, we are a charity and we have not even received an invoice through our email and we cannot get into the account as we do not have the password and it does not send me an email to reset the email, we would like a full refund and subcription to end as we already cancelled this last year. The email is [protected] and we would like confirmation that this has been resolved.
