Attempts to reach customer service by phone have been equally unproductive — the listed number does not connect me with anyone who can actually process a payment. This creates a situation where the company continues to send past due notices while simultaneously blocking any effort to pay, which is both unreasonable and unfair.
Consumers deserve billing practices that are transparent, accessible, and compliant with basic standards of fairness. If Smileactives cannot provide a functioning payment channel, then they should not continue to harass customers with collection notices. I urge the company to correct this issue immediately and to ensure that future billing communications meet consumer protection standards.
