In order was accidentally placed. I immediately contacted the company through their email she canceled this order. I got a very quick response, offering 5% off my order. If I did not want to do that there was a place to say no please I want to cancel.-----which is what i chose. There was no further response from them. I tied the phone number that is given in there website [protected] and it just has a fast busy and no answer. Usually you could just return the item with most companies. They specifically say their return policy, requires the customer to pay the shipping. I really resent having to pay shipping for an item that should've been canceled
