I am on my 3rd lease. Prior 2 paid in full or paid off early. I ordered a straight talk phone. Straight talk will cover most phone damage from accidents as long as the phone is on a current and active lease. I've had nothing but trouble trying to get this phone fixed. I am 3 payments from paid out. Over 1k paid all ready on it. The sight I was brought to was straight talk, th box said straight talk, the paper of items shipped said straight talk, but when I talked to straight talk, it's apparently a bring your own devise and they don't cover those. I was wondering why my android was being called a iPhone by more than 1 person. So now I'm stuck with over 1k paid into this, 3 payments remaining and can't get it fixed/replaced, per straight talk because it's not a straight talk devise. I've halted payments going to smartpay at this time. This issue is pretty frustrating and puts my family in a hardship and danger as the phone line can not be used now. This is my 3rd and finale lease I will use with smartpay. Straight talk can't even pull up any info of my order.. I do know one thing, this is most defiantly a z flip and not a iPhone. I have never owned a iPhone. being the site, the shipping paper even the lease all clearly says straight talk, i mean itt was shipped direct from straight talk in louisville ky the state i reside in, YET, straight talk gas no record of that phone, just the ones had on prior lease. A Samsung galaxy 10. This is no good to find out so far into lease.

Claimed loss: Over 1k dollars/Samsung flip 3, 5 hours of time, a very needed phone line, Hassel of having to remember to keep my bank card locked

Desired outcome: Return the funds and I return the device, item replaced with item orderd, At this point after the chats with they customer service, I'm willing to both parties shake and lease be labeled closed and I'll figure out a different option.
