The Agent is not very professional, and they don't know how to handle customer.
They promised refund and when I try to speak to customer support, they say they cannot do anything. Also, when I wanted to escalate to speak to senior management they do not transfer. I will definitely not book my tickets with them in the future...I warn all new customer as well

Recommendation: I strongly DO NOT Recommend for your travel requirements
