Skylux Travel review: Items included in the ticket price

8/19 Agent stated picking seats were included in the ticket price I was to be able to pick the economy seats after the tickets were purchased. He also stated the tickets were refundable and there was also travel insurance included in the price. I had already purchased the tickets. Friday at 5:30 I was to call to pick out the seats he did not answer I made many attempts. On Saturday I called again a customer support person stated I could not pick the tickets free I had to wait until we were to fly to pick free seats. So many statements he made were a lie just to get me to purchase the 5 tickets. They would investigate.
