Sky Freight Sea cargo

I sent a shipment from Qatar to Philippines since 14/10/2023 today is 31/01/2024 it’s been four months and no response, no box. I hear Qatar is supposed to pay for the release of the box. Qatar office says I should ask Manila. I’m tired of the back and forth and just need my box.

Sky Freight Cargo box not received

Cargo box with receipt number 143983 from anaheim california sent last December 12,2022

Not received until this date. Tried to contact skyfrieght philippines main office but staff were rude and cutting the call. No answer until now, where and what happened to the cargo, why its taking too long to be delivered.

Desired outcome: We want the cargo to be delivered

I have 2 jumbo boxes shipped April 12 and 25,2022 from Laguna woods, CA to Bacolod city, Philippines. Almost 5 months and still not received the boxes. You call the office, get different responses. Call Manila office, nobody is picking up the phone.

Sky Freight My cargo/box

Im keep on calling them and they said its in the philippines since 26 of july 2020.. They said they will email their company so it will be deliver on weekends.. And now I called again 3 august 2020 and the guy I talked to said its not yet in the philippines what a liar.. This company is bad very bad.. Please don't use this skyfreight.. The information is not the same even if you talked to the same person..

Sky Freight Very poor service

My box has been pickup by one of there staff from skyfreight sarawat international branch here in jeddah dated 15th april 2020. Unfortunately, as of today 9th july 2020 my package has not been delivered. No proper answers has been given to me except to wait wait and wait. Damn there services. Very disappointing. Im sick of there lies and promises. I hope that the government of saudi arabia and the philippine government should take action of this issue. I would not recommend to my kababayan on this courier agency.

Sky Freight stealing and delayed date of delivery

The cargo was sent dated 18/11/2018 thru air cargo in Riyadh Skyfreight and they even promised that the maximum date of delivery will be after 3 weeks due to holiday season according to him it will be delayed for one week only. We tried to track the cargo in their website but it was invalid and we asked our relatives to follow up in Riyadh Skyfreight Sulaimaniya and according them the cargo has been shipped in Paranaque Manila. For how many days i've been waiting and the cargo finally arrived dated 5/01/2019 and unexpectedly some of my belongings inside the cargo was stealed! It was deliberately opened and just covered it with a masking tape! assumingly, they even put on the cargo that they checked it! It was a traumatic experience for me and will never ever let my belongings to this company send. They didn't do double checks and promises was just a lie! I know I can't do anything about it but this is a lesson learned not only for me but to everyone who wants to send a cargo thru this company Skyfreight Riyadh.

Sky Freight company is a scam

My son sent me a link to a website that offers 2700 a month flat pay for accepting packages from Fedex and taking pics of the items and the invoices and then upload and get a new label to print out and repackage and send to a new location. The company says it for people who cant get items shipped to their county. So I figure it was legit, I did the research and found no scam alert post. I applied and was called that day and told I was hired and that I could make extra money doing pickups. So I accepted and the very next day, I got my first pickups from the local Bestbuy. I picked up three orders, one had two items. And the lady behind the desk wasn't going to let me get them because I didn't know the address that was on file. And I showed it that it was my job and the website and the pickup info. She checked me out and I came home, to pics and uploaded and then got the labels to print and send. Two of the packages were going to the same person at the same address but they both had different phone #s. That was the red flag that I needed to contact the police and talk to them. They said it was very smart of me, because there have been many people dooped by fake companies like this and the police show up at their door to arrest them because the receive good that were bought with stolen credit cards. And even thought the mailed those items off, they are responsible, because they received the goods. I returned the items and told the company that I quit. I also noticed that the domain was just created on 05-05-2018. I wish I would have looked that up first.

Sky Freight poor service

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company skyfreight jubail branch. specialy your staff member assured to collect of my package within three days, but failed to fulfill his promise. When I called them they didint answer my called. I regret to say that I am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time. I never complained about any of your services during the past three years. But this time it was a big letdown. I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to bring back the satisfaction of your customer.

Sky Freight Undelivered Air Cargo Shipment

That was before my scheduled flight in the evening of December 11, 2015 when I personally delivered a box (39 kg.) of personal baggage to Sky Freight Cargo office in Riyadh for air cargo shipment. However, until the day of my return in Riyadh on January 3, 2016, my air-cargo has not been received yet and until this date, January 17, 2016, that I am writing this message, the cargo was still not delivered in my home place in Bocaue, Bulacan. The airway bill # is 304360. For what I know, air cargo shipment would take 1 to 2 weeks (maximum) from the date of receiving the cargo, and it's more than a month and a week now (37 days to be exact) that the cargo remained undelivered despite of so many follow-ups at their office in Riyadh. They're putting the blames to Cebu Pacific airlines instead of admitting the failure by themselves. Please help me or do the needful to speedup delivery of my air cargo. I sent 3 jumbo boxes to the philippines and until now is not been deliver been calling and texting still no answer.pls those who have the same problem lets come up and file a complain we need you so they will take an actions.

Sky Freight Undelivered cargo

Sent a sea cargo package since 27 Jan. 2010, company commits delivery within sixty (60) days which was supposed to be 27 March, 2010. Did a follow-up on 1 April and learned that package failed to be loaded. I would like to file a complaint and assistance to the Ministry of Trade & Commerce. Found 1 website, sent an email, but got no reply yet. Anybody here can provide me emails for the Ministry?
