SkipTheDishes review: Rip off

Ordered from Tim Hortons. Was taking a long time and finally the driver messaged that he could not find "my house" and gave an address. This was not the address on the order - I told him it was a business, not a house, told him the proper address and that there was construction work happening outside the building - you couldnt miss the location. Driver ended the chat and never delivered the order. Called the Tim's location, they verified it was picked up but are not responsible for the delivery. Reached out to customer service and was denied a refund. WORST APP - using Uber Eats from now on.
