Hello, my name is Ivn, I am not a person who gives bad reviews, but in this case I am not satisfied with the attention that The Law Offices of Thomas Kerns McKnight offers, since according to the contract they negotiate 55% payment to the creditor (that is fine, it is their business). In my case, I paid 3 continuous months and then the total amount that appears in my contract (I still have not received proof of payment) only a payment record and I have had to make continuous calls since the agent who should assist me (name of agent) does not do it, it only does it when my wife has complained, not being the case with the assistant (name of assistant) who deals with my wife's case (similar to mine) the latter has kept abreast of the case and the consolidations and in Occasionally, they offered me help regarding my case. It should be noted that there are 3 months left until the year in which I request the company's service is fulfilled and I still do not know the status of my accounts.

In 6, I contacted this office to get help with consolidating my credit on 8 accounts. The rep promised me that in 28 months of being in their program, I would have a better credit score and my accounts would be permanently removed from my credit report since they would close them. It has been 23 months and only 2 accounts have been paid, and yet they have not been removed from my report. They never contacted me to let me know of the status, and when I have called they never tried to speed up the process. I feel that the $215 I am paying every month is not what it was intended for and I feel cheated! They have not fulfilled their promise and they do not bother to resolve my issue! I am very upset. I thought what they said would be true and I have paid $4,945 of my hard earned money to this day. I need them to delete all the accounts off of my credit report! I have paid them to do so! Please do not continue to scam me, because as your client, I deserve better for what I've paid for.
