I ordered 2 items back in May. Kept one and returned the other for refund. Instead, I apparently "...requested store credit - which is not the case! OK, so I will use the credit...good thing I contacted them because I am sure they were hoping I would forget that I returned an item and have not heard a word from them.
I have had to reach out to them several times with regard to how to redeem credit. Cannot get in contact with a live person...only chat bot and also sent an email which has received no response. I am told to check the "Apply store credit" option at checkout. I am unable to find such option. Now being told to delete cookies and temporary files, provide a screenshot or screen recording so that they can further address the issue and work with me toward a resolution. WHAT RESOLUTION? I have a credit I am attempting to use...that I did not ask for...I guess they do not refund...? Why is this so difficult? Complete scam...do not order from this horrible company.
Recommendation: It's simple - DO NOT ORDER
