I ordered 3 items for Christmas gifts and got a message saying the items were delivered. They were NOT delivered!

I have contacted them MULTIPLE ways and I am getting no responses other than the auto-generated one saying that I someone will get back to me in 2-3 days and NO ONE has (it's been a week).

Any advise would be helpful. Apparently there is NO real phone number and all other chats, emails, etc... have been totally ignored.

Recommendation: STAY AWAY!
