Ordered Pyjamas for Christmas on 24th November 2025. Today 8th December, tracking showing awaiting Carrier, Not been shipped. Sent four emails and tried live chat, but that is just computer generated. No customer service, therefore, cannot find out why my order has not been sent. Dreadful service. Payment was taken from my Bank on 24th November but no goods.
