I feel the need to write this review about Shan Fiaz at sk Performance Cars as the man is just evil and robbed me of my car worth £45k which after 7 months I have now found out he sold it for £41k and that's 4k is under the book price but didn't tell me his sold it he just laid and told me other dealers were looking at it as maybe they would done a part exchange or something
End reason I've lost £45, 000 and he has won £41, 000 and now he is out of business but he is starting back up again very soon so we have read online so please if you ever come across this buisness or buisness man please run a mile as nothing good will come of it and just read the other reviews and newspaper articles about him its shocking
This guy should be in prison and I'm sure he will do before long as he has many pending cases including mine which I'm sure I will win but I'm also sure he will never pay me

This man is not only a fraudster but he is also a bully. We let SK Performance collect our Audi RS4 to sell on our behalf, despite me having a bad feeling about it (lesson learned always trust your gut).
After passing us off several times over a period of about 3 months, saying he had a buyer and then the buyer had fell through, I had another gut feeling and we jumped in my car to drive down to Bolton (from the North East). When we arrived, we were told the car had sold the night before but unfortunately £500.00 less than advertised.
I told him that this was not my fault and he should of under no circumstances made that decision without consulting me first (there was nothing in the "agreement" to say he could make this decision". We agreed to split the loss and wrote me out a cheque! I asked why he was giving me a cheque and not a bank transfer and he gave me a bull crap reason that his bank cant to transfers on a weekend.
I took the cheque and headed straight for his bank who told me they couldn't tell me anything about his account but they would advise me to go back to him (god bless that woman).
When we returned and I told him I would not accept his cheque and he would need to do a bank transfer, he then proceeded to scream in my face (luckily even though I'm only small I don't scare very easily). I told him he had half an hour to get the funds in my account or get the car back. He then disappeared and one of his slimy minions then told me lots of interesting facts about the company. He returned and said he was getting me the car and it would be here in the next hour and to come back then, I obviously refused and sat on the steps of his door way turning away every single person that came into view cars and really enjoyed myself.
He again goes to leave and jumps into a range rover car and drove the car right at me, expecting a reaction but as I say I don't scare easy and didn't move. Luckily my other half was in my car calming down.
Eventually the car came back and had clearly been on a hell of a lot of travels as the millage was a hell of a lot higher (I learned that he had given it to his cousin). There was also damage to the car.
At the time I was fuming and was going to seek legal action against him but in the long run I have been very very lucky!
what you have said is absolutely true. sk performance cars and the owner are robbers. thank god i was lucky that my £100k ferrari i got back in time. keep away from shan fiaz he is a fraudster.
