Sixity is pretty good, I gotta say. But, I had a bit of a hiccup when I found out my coupon was only good for $25.00 or more. I was like, "What the heck, man?" So, I decided to do some more shopping to get my coupon's worth. But, when I tried to find the "continue shopping" button, it was nowhere to be found. I was like, "Come on, Sixity, give me a break!" So, I just checked out with my main item, 'cause I didn't feel like going through the whole process again. If there was an easier way to keep shopping, I probably would have spent more money. But, hey, Sixity's still pretty cool.

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Sixity. I ordered a couple of front sixity xt axles for my 99 polaris sportsman 500 back in May of 2020. Everything seemed fine at first, but recently I noticed that the right axle boot was ripped at the large end. Not good. So I ordered a replacement and installed it, but then I noticed that the left axle boot had a rip in the same place as the right one. What gives?

After taking a closer look, I realized that the boots were rubbing on the bottom of the strut, which was causing them to rip open. I called up customer service hoping to get some help, but unfortunately, since one of the axles was out of warranty, they couldn't do anything for me. I explained to them that this was a design flaw and that they needed to look into it. I even suggested that they do a recall or offer a full refund to customers who were affected by this issue.

But you know what they said? They said that there haven't been enough complaints to warrant a recall. Can you believe that? I'm not the only one who's had this problem - I belong to an online polaris forum and several other people have reported the same issue. And yet, Sixity still won't do anything about it.

To make matters worse, they sent me replacement boot kits, but they were the same size as the boots that came with the axles.
