If I could give a negative 0 rating I would. I visited the er on 12/05/2025 from 3:00pm until after 2am! Never saw the "doctor". The staff made up all kinds of lies about my 3 test results weren't urgent enough to stop my chart from being less of a priority patient and every time someone comes into the er they come before me. I guess the entire staff thought it was funny. I couldn't take it any more after 10 hours. Cold and nasty in there.

As soooon as I passed the fake employees working behind the er window and let them know I couldn't take the pain anymore and I had to go lay down off my knee, 4 seconds later they sent me a bs text as I am going to pay the 20.00 parking fee for nothing "our records indicate I left without completing my visit" wtf! Sad!

Knowing they were so happy I left because no one cares. Disgusting. I called today (12/08/2025) to ask about my results that weren't loaded to the app and was transferred to super disgusting veronica in er and the trash hung up on me on12/8/2025 at 2:30 pm with just a concern. I wanted to speak with a spv. About how I waited 10 hours on 12/5/2025 to see a er physician and I was in soooo much pain I just went home after 10 hours! And wanted my question answered about where my results were. Then they did not load my xray and my mri info. Just some bogus vague blood work results. Just disgusting. New patient experience. I hope and pray every bit of funding is taken away from this 'hospital". 80 employees walking around the er not doing a damn thing.

Recommendation: GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE HELL IS BETTER THAN HERE
