For over a year, smart locks malfunctioned following "recalibration" or required "updates". Locks stop communicating with keypad or other equipment. will stick in the locked position and not disengage with external keypad. Hours of time and numerous equipment replacement with no resolution. While support is courteous, it doesn't resolve the issue any more than new equipment, which inevitably, malfunctions. Now i am playing phone tag with technical support personnel who leaves messages (sometimes inaudible) and sends an email apologizing for missing me... in the meantime, i've asked that they call during a specific time which... by the way, i was asked for; however, they don't call during the requested "window". As with so many companies, most of the personnel have heavy accents, which makes it even more challenging. I am in the home improvement industry and am disgusted with past year's activities; needless to say, i will not suggest them to any of my clients.
Recommendation: DON'T BOTHER!!
