I have had the system for a few years and have replaced batteries and all the things required, however my base station has been beeping on its own for a few months and I cannot get anyone that knows what is going on. Customer service with simplenotsafe is a LAUGHABLE JOKE. The automated service sucks and when I got on the phone I had tried all the trouble shooting they recommened and told them I had and they kept repeating themselves. I now wish I had some other service and will change very soon

Recommendation: DO NOT USE SIMPLEY/NOHELP/NOSAFE
