Simplilearn misled me into purchasing a CISM course worth INR 102,775.05/- by assuring that a retake voucher would be provided if the stated conditions were met. However, when I requested the retake voucher after fulfilling the requirements communicated to me before purchase, Simplilearn introduced new eligibility criteria that were never disclosed earlier and denied providing the retake voucher. Changing eligibility requirements only at the time of a retake request is unfair, deceptive, and appears to be a deliberate attempt to avoid honoring commitments made during the sales process.

Claimed loss: INR 102,775.05/- (course fee paid based on the promised Exam Pass Guarantee and retake voucher benefit), along with the cost of obtaining a replacement CISM exam voucher, financial loss, mental distress, and time spent pursuing resolution.

Desired outcome: Provide the promised CISM retake voucher immediately as assured before purchase, or issue a full refund of INR 102,775.05/-, along with compensation for the inconvenience and mental distress caused by Simplilearn.
